When there was an international dispute about the gender of International athletic Pinky Pramanick, then Mr. Biplab Ghosh our all India secretary of Human Rights C.P.D.R. India, stood by her side against the conspiracy to malign her. He said that when any athletic takes hormone injection, may be his/her body gets effected and there occurs same sexual disorders. At last the Supreme Court after much medical examination gave the verdict that Pinky Pramanick is a girl. This is a great victory for us.

Gopal Hasda is a poor tribal person from Birbhum. On 22nd October, 2015 he caught some fish from the Zaminders pond. He was brutally beaten to death by the Zaminders musclemen & involved Zaminders and his son. Our all India secretary Mr. Biplab Ghosh along with the Human Rights C.P.D.R. India member and Bharati Mutsuddi, Kinnar Roy, Mondakanta Sen, Papiya Adhikary and reputed persons raised a strong voice of protest and got the Zaminder arrested. The news was published in all leading newspaper and show in various channels media.
